  14. I have connected my hard drive and my AD Ide Controller to my Amiga 500..
  15. However I have encountered two problems...

  17. 1)  I can not format, partition, or prepare the Hard Drive with the
  18. software it comes with because it seemingly does not recognize it and it
  19. seems to be software for an SCSI drive.. Can someone tell me where I can
  20. possibly find a new program to get my HD running?

  22. 2) I also can only get 1 external disk drive to work on my 500?  I have two
  23. externals, and the HD on the inside in place of df0:  However the computer
  24. only recognizes df1: and my other drive is not even working or being
  25. recognized by the operating system?  Is it because of too much power to
  26. handle for the power supply? or is it the 2.04 operating system or possibly
  27. the controller?
